Watch Station International

Came in to have my batteries replaced on my watches. The first employee I spoke to was pretty dry. She wasn't very friendly but I gave her benefit of the doubt thinking it must be uncomfortable to wear the mask all day indoors.

The second employee is why I am writing this review. I wish I remembered his name but he has brown hair and brown facial hair, he was extremely friendly. I can definitely say he exceeded expectations in customer service. What I appreciated the most is that because I was bringing in so many watches for a battery replacement, he charged me for two instead of 3. That made my day! You definitely made me want to come back and be serviced by you!

Superb service from Kareem today. Brought in my Armani watch to have the battery replaced. He asked me how I liked the watch, showed me new models that I was looking at. Replaced the battery in a timely manner. Great work!
