William's Court - Killam REIT Apartments

I have recently moved into Williams court, I was immediately impressed with the leasing staff. They coordinated and assisted with my entire move. Now that I am resident and dealing with Kristi in administration and she has been extremely helpful, I always feel welcome coming into the office, no matter what the issue is. The common areas are always kept clean, the clubhouse is an amazing bonus to Williams court.
I have been here for a short time, but I am incredibly happy with my experience thus far. I would recommend to everyone.

Very classy upscale.

Was a great place when run by Lepine, the original developer. But then in 2016 they sold to Killem......and KIllem have reduced the level and quality of services to increase their return (and probably pay off the loan to buy the complex). It's sad tenants have to pay again and again (via rent and reduced services) to "buy" their homes for the new owners.....and never get any equity themselves.

I'd not knowing rent anything owned by Killem.
