  Would be lovely if they had more floor staff working on a weekend.
  
  First time at this location, don't know if it's always like that. There was one cashier and one floor staff to help many people with questions about products, how to care for pets, and actually buying pets.
  
  When we did get the floor staff, after about 15 minutes, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and didnt rush us at all.
  
  If had more help, would've been 5!

  Dog came from a building fire. He was full of soot and smelled so bad. We let pet smart fix him up. He undergone a 'german shepherd spa day'. Even clipped his nails

  Pleasant helpful staff and excellent selection in cat foods and accessories. Prices may be a bit higher but some products are hard to find anywhere else and you get a discount with their loyalty program. They don’t offer cat grooming or nail clipping, unfortunately, or I’d rate it at 5.

  Fantastic staff. Both knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a two-week guarantee on aquatic life, reptiles, and other pets, which is nearly unmatched in the industry. Big Al's a couple of hundred meters away for example only offers a 5 day guarantee with only 50 percent back should the worst happen.

  Great store, with a great staff. Have taken my dog here many times for baths and grooming and the staff has always done an excellent job. Staff helped us pick out the right brush for our dog who previously did not take very well to brushing. Would recommend this store highly over other pet stores in the area
