  Excellent service from this shop. They have great prices and a wide selection of frames.
  They also direct bill to insurance carriers. What else could you hope for!!

  I would rate this as the best experience I've ever had in the domain of visiting an optician. A warm, welcoming atmosphere; a bright, clean environment; a wide selection of frames from which to choose. But, what really makes Abboud Optical a cut above the rest? The service, of course! Angel demonstrated that, not only was she knowledgeable, but that she was genuinely interested in assisting me. She took ample time and made many helpful suggestions. Not surprisingly, I am very pleased with the results. I'll be back, of course.

  5 stars to service, 5 stars to quality, 5 stars to service/product speed. I went to pick up glasses on 1 day, got my eye exam on another day and the very next day my glasses were ready for pick up. Customer service by Charles and Angel was g-r-e-a-t. Highly recommend this place

  I was so pleased with everything at Abboud Optical. The store was so clean and has a very relaxing environment. The staff Charles and Angel were fabulous and so helpful in selecting my new glasses. Angel also helped to entertain my very busy 3 year old while I tried on frames. Not only did I receive excellent customer service but I left with new glasses that I love. Manotick clients are lucky to have this service.

  Excellent service and selection of frames. Angel and Charles were both very helpful in selecting the best frames and lenses. When I dropped my new glasses and chipped the lens they replaced at base cost.
