It is not often that you receive and service over and above what is required of an organization, which is what I received from Tom Keeling after my daughter had her first car accident. Tom recognized how stressed I was and quickly acted and sought all the information that I required in a prompt manner. Although I am a Desjardins client, through the process I was put in touch with his office (which was not the right office) but that did not stop him from making sure I had the right information and follow-up.
