Willdo Mechanical

Recently called Will to get help with my snowblower as it wasn't starting. With 10-15cm of snow in Ottawa, I was really in a bind. Will came over within an hour and went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my snowblower. I never thought I would be so happy to hear the roar of an engine. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I've been going to Willdo for as long as I can remember, at first when I was managing a fleet of 6 Marine engines, they did a great job servicing and maintaining everything on schedule and advised me of some additional preventative maintenance steps to avoid future cost. Since then I've brought them snow blowers, weed whackers, chain saws and recently started having them do service on my Bobcat skidsteer. With an in depth knowledge of mechanical engineering and being able to properly read technical schematics it's amazing how they are able to work on some of the things I've tasked them with. They are knowledgeable, dedicated and most importantly fair.

Every friend I have sent over says the same thing; it's worth it to bring it to Will :)

I brought my boat in last Friday and I was very happy with the service I received I was really hoping to get in the water that weekend and they went out of there way to help me they even stayed late that night to get me in the water I was very satisfied with everything they did and there price was very reasonable great place to bring your boat thanks guys

I've been going to WillDo for a while now and both Will and Dave were courteous and helpful when I needed parts for my lawnmower. They are both very knowledgeable and go beyond what's expected to make sure the customer is happy. I continue to go to WillDo because I know I'm getting great, honest service.

I recently purchased a Lund boat brokered through Will Dodds. My experience was so positive that I had to send in this review. Will being a mechanical engineer is certainly obvious and advantageous when he talks about engines and boats. Being a new boat owner and a green novice at trailers and towing, I was thoroughly surprised and relieved that Will helped me with everything from the trailer registration, boat hook up, electrical, engine testing and an overview of everything. The running lights were not working, so Will went way beyond what he had to and rewired the trailer to find and correct the problem. This kind of old fashioned service and just plain decency is something that consumers rarely see today. If I lived closer to Ottawa, I would have any small engine serviced at his shop because if my experience is an indication, I would guarantee that you will deal with an honest, knowledgeable and admirable businessman.
