(February 4, 2019, 3:26 pm)This place is a piece of heaven on earth! Amazing hosts, great yoga practice, and the food is worth every challenging yoga poses. There are always new sessions offered which keeps it interesting and makes it fun to return. Definitely the place to go to re-charge.

(May 3, 2018, 2:44 pm)Tina is a beautiful soul. She is so kind and attentive. I met her this past weekend when I attended a retreat she hosted and went back today for a yoga class. She had actually come up with some ideas to accommodate me (I am recovering from a concussion) so that I could participate fully without putting any unnecessary strain on my body/brain.
A beautiful location and wonderful teacher. -

It was an incredible human and happy experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is on the look out for self care or in search for peace. It's a perfect place and moment to allow yourself to slow down. Tina is very attentive to details, she makes you feel comfortable and her cooking is amazing! Merci Tina for this warm welcome, I will come back for sure...
