(February 13, 2019, 9:29 pm)100% Martial Arts - Nepean is amazing. Shihan Steve and the rest of the 100% MA team is an incredible group to be a part of. I can't recommend it enough! Having come from an athletic background but having zero martial arts experience, Shihan has been an incredible teacher. I never imagined I could learn and do so much in such a short time. I'm hooked!
(February 10, 2018, 1:21 pm)When I was 15 and my brother was 13 we trained at 100% then I came back at 22. Now I’m back again at 30 with my 2 kids. Can’t say enough good things about 100% they know what they are doing and my kids love it.
(July 14, 2017, 12:22 pm)I love the people here. Always on top of things and ready to make you healthy and fit. Steve takes care of his students as if they're family. The kickboxing classes are amazing. I've learned so much in such a short time. Worth every penny. Fitness with a goal. I've never had this much fun working out. Thanks guys. See you soon.

The teachers are 10/10 quality with years of martial arts experience! Been a proud member of 100% Martial Arts for nearly ten years. Still leaning new and exciting things even as a Black Belt!
(June 28, 2017, 12:42 am)This is a great place to practice martial arts. It doesn't matter your age or your level of fitness. You can be sure you will feel welcomed into a safe and friendly environment, where you and your kids will receive the best coaching and training. Very few places combine so successfully the teaching discipline of the martial arts with a healthy dose of fun and camaraderie. Come and check it out, you will love it.
