The day before yesterday, this place would have gotten 5 stars. They've been great in the past. I can call in and have them find what I am looking for, they'd put it aside and I would run in and pay and go. Amazing. Yesterday I saw online they had what I wanted and decided last minute that I would pop in and look for it. I was the only one in the store when I got there, the 2 sales associates didn't even look over from their conversation to greet me. I wandered the store somewhat lost, unable to find what I was looking for, for 5 minutes without so much as a hello from staff. Someone came in after me and was almost immediately attended to. I continued to be left to my own devices. I finally found the shirt, tucked in near the bathing suits, but by this time I was so miffed I decided to save my money since Id wasted my time. As I said, this is not typical but perhaps that is because before I basically arranged in advance to be in and out. Ill be going to another location next time.
