(November 3, 2017, 11:56 am)The wait to see the doctor (dermatologist ….and I had a referral appointment) was very decent. It was about 30 minutes. Dr. J. Shukle was extremely pleasant to deal with and she was very attentive to my issues. She was also very professional and extremely competent. She also took the time to clearly explain the entire procedures that she would have to perform right away (2x biopsy). She even offered 2 options for the procedures, and she gave me her own preferences about them, so that I was very well informed to make the best decision for myself. So after the procedures (and I did not feel a thing during the procedures as she injected the local anesthetics perfectly!), she gave me complete documentation that explained exactly what I had to do to care for the lesions in the days and weeks to come. So when it was all said and done, I left the clinic with complete confidence that my skin cancer was in good hands with Dr. J. Shukle. It was an excellent experience for me. Many thanks for that!
