We called Arkadi to help us with a pre-purchase inspection. Never having done a home inspection before, we did not really know what to expect. When we began, after inspecting the exterior of the building Arkadi didn't hesitate to get up on the roof to inspect the skylights and chimney. He then proceeded to inspect all the hvac, electrical and plumbing systems. He also identified some issues with the hvac and fireplace that we totally missed when we saw it.

Arkadi is extremely professional and possesses a wealth of knowledge. He explains everything he is doing and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions that you might have. We were also short for time, but Arkadi had a plan and was very efficient.

Arkadi provides you a copy of all the photos he takes during the inspection as well as a full report where he explains all of his findings, as well as issues that should be addressed. The documentation was excellent.

Would 10/10 inspect with Arkadi again!

On top of a home inspection you are also getting a lesson in home maintenance.

The service was very accommodating and thorough. During the inspection any questions I had were explained in detail, from the technical description as well as preventative measures.

The inspector was very well equipped, having a drone for roof inspection and a thermal camera for verifying heating / cooling.

After the inspection we had a debrief by going over all the photos. Within an hour, a written report was sent over via email.
