(January 23, 2019, 3:49 pm)Had my car in there to fix some damage caused by a fallen branch from the October 2019 tornado. They did a great job. Car looks absolutely perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out! The repair took a bit longer than expected, but they said that was because my insurance company wouldn't pay for a factory part and the aftermarket parts they had received were inferior, so they had to wait on replacements. The rental car pickup process was a breeze. I'd be happy to take my car back there again for repairs (but I hope I never have to!). Special thanks to Kelly Sullivan, who was my contact there.
(January 19, 2019, 12:16 am)I had an amazing experience at Assured. Bob was able to squeeze me into for a estimate the day before I left on vacation when other places had turned me away. They went above and beyond to turn the accident I had experienced to a quick and easy car repair. They even worked around my daycare pickup. Thanks again Assured Auto. Great job!

I dealt with Kelly Sullivan specifically and he was always reachable and happy to keep me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend ACW and Kelly to anyone in need of auto repairs. 5/5!!!
(January 8, 2019, 11:31 am)I recently had to have a cracked front bumper replaced and some paint work completed. The staff at Assured Concordia West, despite being a very busy spot, were quick to assess the damage, do a paint match, get all the parts ordered and replaced in a matter of days. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency from the entire staff, from the paint shop personnel who came out to do the color match to the outgoing shop manager who advised me on replacement parts and work times. I would recommend Assured Concordia West, without hesitation.
(January 7, 2019, 1:14 am)Did a beautiful job on repairing my new automobile! Look brand spanking new! They were very professional and always kept me up to date on how it was going. Of course, there was a great rental car from Enterprise for me to use in the meantime. Thanks, great job!
