I love this place!

Kru Mark and Sensei Nick are caring, knowledgeable and passionate. I always have an amazing workout no matter if I do BJJ or Muay thai.

I always feel safe when we trained. All the trainers and training partners are respectful, which makes for a fun and friendly atmosphere. When my wife did her self-defense class, she also felt comfortable.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de francophone qui viennent au dojo, donc je peux m’entraîner en parlant Français aussi, car Kru Mark est francophone.

All the activities outside the club are always fun.

The trainers Nick and Mark work really hard at bringing worlwide/internationnal coach and champions to do seminars.

I would recommend this place to everyone. From pros to beginners, yound and old.

As I was walking by the academy, I noticed an injured seagull holding up traffic. I carefully grabbed it and brought the bird to the nearest building, the academy. The staff were extremely supportive and caring. They called the appropriate people and handled an unusual situation with compassion, and they did it while hosting a busy class! Great community involvement.
