  Great customer service, amazing prices around 150$ with low prescription lens. Compared to designer frames for 300$ + lens. Great way to be stylish without breaking the bank. Will be returning and letting friends know about it!!!

  Visited this location yesterday and received amazing service from Alina. She was inviting and very friendly and assisted me with finding a pair of glasses that I liked! I ended up purchasing a pair that she had suggested.
  Definitely recommend this location and this sales associate :)

  I went into BonLook recently on the recommendation of a friend as my first stop in my hunt for new glasses. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my glasses - usually it takes visiting what feels like every glasses store in the city before I find something I like. When I went into BonLook, I was immediately greeted and the sales associates asked if it was my first visit, then explained how BonLook worked. They let me do my thing for a while, but when she noticed I was struggling a bit, Alina came over and asked if she could help. She made some great recommendations and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She actually ended up picking a pair of glasses out that I wouldn’t have picked up myself, but ended up loving. And then she suggested I try them on with my hair tied back as well, to make sure the glasses didn’t overpower my face if I wore my hair differently. I never would have thought of that! I didn’t have my prescription with me, so I expected to have to come back when I did, but no! She told me it wasn’t a problem, and that I could simply upload my prescription from home into my BonLook account once I had it. Amazing. I’m so impressed with how easy and convenient it was! I will definitely be going back for my next pair of glasses. Thank you Alina!
