Bradley-Kelly Construction Limited

It is good to read great reviews. We just bought a home built by Bradley Kelly in 2011. On our first evening we had water coming in from above through the tops of windows. As there is a new home warranty on this home, we connected with the builder and they responded quickly. We are awaiting someone to actually come over and investigate the issue which looks to be the roof system and water drainage. While we are waiting to connect with this builder we filled our kitchen sink with water to do the dishes and the sink fell through the granite countertop! It has not been a good first few days. I cant wait to hear from Bradley Kelly! I put a 5 star because they contacted me by email right away when I told them what was happening. They apparently have set up another group to come over but I will finish this post when I get a response and help.

Bradley kelly did some work for hydro Ottawa in my backyard, they where amazing and considerate. They got the job done fast and my power was back on in no time.

I appreciate that the crew currently working at the Albert and Empress intersection are ensuring that senior citizens can access the nearby Good Companions Seniors' Centre. I watched today as one of the crew assisted a gentleman, using a wheelchair chair, to get around the detour. Well done.
