(July 7, 2017, 2:44 pm)Can't say enough good about Brady's. It is the best pool store in Ottawa, and I have found Brady to be amazing. He is incredibly helpful and both I and my neighbour have had multiple experiences when he has gone above and beyond just to help us. He also really knows pools and is completely happy just to give advice. We used to go to a different pool store but once we found Brady's we have been going there for everything. Other staff are always friendly and helpful as well, so clearly Brady has established a culture of helping people in the store. I live in the west end, but even if I moved to the East side of town I would continue to come to Brady's.
