I like this location as it is convient for me, but also they seemed to have done a 180 on their customer service focus and have vastly improved from where they were... À little less know it all attitudes and more hey let me explain to you how this works minus a condescending attitude!

They had a nice deal on a USB hub I was looking for.
There are lots of staff, often busy. But when you get served they do have a good idea about the products.
(January 19, 2019, 1:17 am)Staff was helpful. Took a bit longer to put down a deposit for the thing we want because manager was busy, but all in all we ordered what we want. They also have a nice and spacious washroom in case of "needs".

I can't stop recommending anyone looking for anything techy to go here. Both Ryan and Dylan have helped me both save money, and have a great computer setup.
