Ingrid is amazing highly highly recommended. I have slight misalignments in my spine from my upper back to my hips, as a result I have a slight pelvic tilt among quite a few joints where the muscles have been putting stress on due to poor posture. Haven’t slept good night in almost a year. Been to physio, chiro, sport medicine clinics all had relatively the same diagnosis but after months and months in each no relief. I didn’t realize so many musculoskeletal issues could be resolved by the right skilled RMT. She gave me the right combination of corrective work/relief in a single session than I had got in almost a year in the other therapies. Ingrid is more than a RMT, she is extremely skilled in many techniques to manually correct spine and bone issues via the muscles and tendons. Strong hands and vast knowledge, her deep tissue massages are incredible!

Ingrid has strong hands and gives great massages. I got a massage for my birthday and I really enjoyed it.

I used to get "relaxation" massages at spas but had never experienced therapeutic massage before. I didn't know what I was missing! Ingrid is magic. It honestly feels like my while body is better aligned and in balance after I visit her. Would recommend without hesitation.

Came in for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Ingrid found knots and tender points that I never knew existed and probably were there for decades. If Ingrid had a song: “Hurts so good” by Melloncamp.
