Not monitored, room for about 20 cars. Less than a minute from the 416.
Had to check our tires and wouldn't you know it the road side crew came to give us a Hand tightening the Lug nuts.
It's a car pool lot. Enough said. No dedicated lighting.
Clean lot. Very Close to the 416. Great place to stop and check your car if need be.
I have had to pull over to sleep many times there and have never been bothered
