Very responsive and competent. After being told by another repair shop that it would cost more than my phone was worth to repair it (i.e. $300-$400), and that parts would need to be special ordered from Toronto, Steve was able to fix my phone in 45 minutes for $115. The Greenbank store had all the parts in stock, and fixed the phone while I waited. Steve even replaced my headphone jack free of charge. I highly recommend this shop.

I phoned a number of repair shops to get my OnePlus 8 Pro screen fixed, and cellular pro was not just able to get the part the quickest but also had one of the most competitive prices. The repair is excellent and turned around within a couple of days. Highly recommend!

I called this morning to see if they could retrieve the data off of my broken phone and transfer it over to my new phone . They said it was no problem, I dropped off both phones and it was done within an hour. Super friendly staff and quick! They also have very fair pricing. I would definitely recommend.
