  I bought a hot tub from these guys last year and I would highly recommend this store. Especially Rob and Zack, the 2 sales reps that helped me with my purchase. They were patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I love going back to that store to get my supplies so I can see their smiling faces and say "hello"! My hot tub has become my best friend and I lOVE IT!! It was one of the best investments my husband and ever made.

  Excellent service again at this location, this time with Bert. Gorgeous hot tub, more than expected and Bert went above and beyond to get it to us on time with all the bells and whistles one could want at an amazing price. Would recommend Bert hands down for all hot tub or pool needs. Always AVAILABLE even after service, a quick email and he's on it!

  Knowledgeable staff with a very good inventory in the store. Patio furniture, hot tubs, pools and all the name brand parts that make them work. Prices posted clearly and great end of season sales!

  The crew in the back has helped me a lot in getting my pool and spa chemicals just right. As a new owner, they have helped educate me and learn into managing all of this. A big thanks to the team.

  I am new to the Nepean area and have finished setting up my hot tub but unfortunately ran into many issues. Luckily like god planned it himself. I went to the shoppe and was introduced to a lovely fellow named Wade. He was very polite, professional and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed his job as he had no problem helping me. It truly was God's plan that Wade was there to help me. I hope that for as long as I am in the area. I continue to see Wade there. Hopefully managing the place. Thank you again Wade.
