Costco Hearing Aid Center

WOW!! What an awesome experience at this location, dealing with Jaime. It's too bad there are only five stars because we would gladly give her more. We came here after an extremely negative experience at a nearby hearing store, where we received a refund for an inferior, greatly overpriced product. Even though we arrived with a fairly recent hearing test, after providing details of our experience, Jaime did another, achieving similar but different results. She took the time to explain different types of hearing aids, and the benefits and limits of each. The customer was able to try on samples, to see how they felt and looked. Before ordering, the ears were measured to determine the correct size. We were provided with a form for the family doctor to sign, so that the government will pay $500 for each hearing aid. We only had to pay the difference between what the total price is and what the government pays, and are now awaiting delivery. This is a safe place for our elderly relatives to go without us, where they won't be taken advantage of. Service is exceptional, and we will highly recommend this location to everyone!
