Right from the offer of a cup of coffee when I arrived to the friendly handshake when I was leaving, it was a very positive and pleasant experience. Kelsey Meagher is very competent, friendly and professional. She carefully explained everything we were doing and answered all my questions completely. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Davidsons.

I like the fact that Davidson Hearing Aid Centres do not promote only one brand of aid but fit clients with the most appropriate kind to suit their hearing difficulty.

(November 29, 2018, 12:19 am)I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the Nepean location. My father in law passed away shortly after buying a pair of high end hearing aids in a different city. We offered them to our friend Carole who is on a fixed income and could not afford to buy them herself. After calling several places whose names are advertised here in Ottawa and having no success in finding an audiologist willing to program the devices we reached Davidson and were pleasantly surprised by their non-judgemental response and compassion for our situation.
I took Carole to her appointment and witnessed the treatment she received at Davidson. The audiologist took time to explain everything to her and she did not rush her despite the fact that she clearly wasn't buying a new pair of hearing aids. She was not treated any differently than someone else who clearly was financially better off. I am very satisfied with Davidson and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase hearing aids in the future. -
