(January 30, 2019, 7:47 am)I was there today for the first time. William was VERY helpful and friendly . He helped me to rent a P.O. Box and explained all the details and process. I felt welcome and I would say my experience was awesome !! I highly recommend their service.

The premises are always spotless and well lit, which makes it a very safe environment, especially in the later evening if one is alone.

(August 13, 2018, 4:24 pm)I have been a customer for several months now and I absolutely love the experience at the Greenbank location. The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome. I use the board room periodically and its the best place to have official meetings, presentations and conference calls. The coffee and tea facility makes it easy to entertain guests.
They have received a few packages for me(big and small) and also held them for pick up the experience has been great. I would recommend this location to anyone looking at upscale storage or warehousing facility.

They always go above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory experience. They answer any questions that I have and have stayed in touch with me to check in to ensure that my requirements are looked after. I highly recommend this location and it's amazing team!
