He'll even go out of his way to try and get something shipped to help you out if you're not able to get to another location.

A lot of games stores have staff that tend to have an attitude or feel like they need to teach you something or that you just don't know what you're doing. this place is different in that the staff are actually just pretty friendly and helpful and open.
