(Lucie's help turned out to be instrumental in the sale of our house. )
Julia explained their strategy and walked us through every step of the process. We ended up listing our home on Thursday and it sold in one hour after offers came in on Monday. 21K over asking, a record in our area for our type of home, no conditions, and 4 months for a close.
