Greenbank Hunt Club I.D.A. Compounding Pharmacy

Had a very good experience here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gift ware section had very interesting and unique items that I did not expect a pharmacy to carry which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be coming back for more! I love the fact that there were no lineups. The cashier took time to talk to me and I didn’t just feel like some customer. It felt like they cared and appreciated my support. I also noticed that this drugstore had a lottery kiosk, and there were no lines so it seems like a good place to play the lottery without feeling like I’m creating a lineup behind me. I used to go to shoppers for all my drugstore needs, but I found IDA has much better customer service and will be going there from now on.

There was a product that I was not able to find and the new store manager Daniel offered to special order it in for me and that he did. This reminds me of what a pharmacy used to be like back in the day. Great customer service...he said "nice to meet you and thank you for supporting us. I hope to see you soon." I'll be back for sure.

I’m glad I made the switch to the Greenbank Hunt Club I.D.A. The people here are friendly, helpful, and they actually remember you and keep on top of your prescriptions. ‘Quaint’ would be a good word to describe it here. It has an appealing atmosphere with pretty seasonal decorative items and beauty products all nicely arranged. There’s even a small grocery/convenience section with great prices. This is what drug stores were like back in the day!

The staff here go above and beyond. They are amazing and I am so appreciative of all they do and have done for my family. I was having a hard time breathing today and couldn't find my puffer, with 2 kids i couldn't get to the pharmacy - they delivered it to my door within 20 minutes. My son was on daily meds for the first 6 months of his life and the staff were so helpful, reassuring and always answered my questions. The meds also seem to be cheaper here than other pharmacies. If you want a pharmacy that actually cares, this one is the one for you!
