Excellent repair service. Richard came to my rescue within a week after being given the run around for 11 weeks with another company. This was for a complete system job on my fridge. I can't be happier with HRT Appliance Repair, my go to from now on!!

Richard from HRT appliances has been to repair appliances in my house several times over the six years we have lived in this house. I He has fixed my washer, dishwasher and stove. Calls are answered promptly, and he always comes quickly in response to a call, usually the same day. He seems to have parts on hand for most major appliances. Each time the job was done professionally, and at a reasonable price. I have recommended HRT appliances to all of my Barrhaven friends and neighbours.
I called multiple companies that boasted "same day service" on their websites. They all informed me it would be 5 days before a technician would be available by appointment. The very opposite of same day service. HRT Appliance Repair returned my desperate call very promptly. My dryer had died before we went on a family vacation. Richard was able to check it out and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Amazing!! Fantastic service at a reasonable price from a family owned business. I have never been more excited to do laundry! Thank you!! I can not wait to spread the word about your company.
I called this company and they promptly returned my call. They were polite and professional. They came as quick as they could, ordered the parts needed and came back very quickly a few days later.
