Great for kids. Water in the summer and a nice hill for sledding.
Clean park with a good place for kids to play. The tennis courts are well kept.
Park with an astronomy theme. Play structures are oriented more towards elementary school to teenagers. Rope structures and other structures that require a sure footing. Some structures for toddlers like swings and concrete balls representing planets. There is a portable toilet installed next to the playground. There is a large field adjacent and a hill.
One area of improvement is perhaps providing some adult fitness activity structures.
Excellent park with nice winding paths and a beautiful kids playground with a water feature. There is also a nice soccer field where there are organized soccer games and 2 public tennis courts that are free to use but first come first server and Ottawa recreation lessons have priority.
Will definitely be visiting more than once.
Something for all ages including a basic splash pad. Needs more shade but otherwise very nice. Park on the side streets to access the park easily from a quiet street.
The 13-foot high cast aluminum sculpture sits atop the toboggan hill at Cambrian and Greenbank roads, balanced on one of its five points. As if fallen from the sky, the artwork creates a bridge between the immensity of the celestial universe and our place on earth.
