I had a great experience with this company. They were very professional.

Today was the second time Insultech has added insulation to our house. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The techs today finished up our basement and were here early, were very courteous and did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and took care to wrap areas where there was any risk of material being sprayed on our items. Really have nothing but great things to say. Awesome job guys!

I had a bad experience with Insultech. They installed the insulation for my house 2 weeks ago and their guy told me that I should get the installation report after a few days. Then after 2 weeks, nothing happened. Also the service is under my Costco membership with the 10% Costco cash card I will receive after the installation finished. Today is 2 weeks after that, they didn't do that. I contacted Costco and they said that Insultech have to do that. I called, sent email their support contact, sent email to the sale man, left voice message but no one back to me. Terrible company. Costco should stop partnership with them.
UPDATE: after one day, the women from the support center picked up my phone call and told me that their company doesn't support the installation report after finishing their service, and they submitted the completion status to Costco so I would get my 10% cash card after 3-5 weeks. That's fine with me. But they would make it clear about the process at the beginning. And an installation report and a better support service can make them a more professional company if they want to. I increased from 1 to 3 stars to be fair with them.

Have them re-insulate our attic in 2016. We had just bought our home that time an looking into top-up the attic insulation with fiberglass. Back than another company quoted and suggested to use cellulose. However, Insultech gave us professional opinion and said to stick with fiberglass. We went with insultech back then and it was the right choice. I think I can give an honest opinion at this point after 4 years and there were no problem at all with the insulation. Highly recommend their work.
