We completed the sale of our downtown, Sandy Hill home in January of 2017. We met with four different realtors before signing with Mindi and Irwin Hartman. Of the four companies, they were the only company to give us a comprehensive, written proposal laying out the valuation of our home based on comparisons of similar properties in our neighborhood.
