(February 23, 2019, 1:35 pm)Food is good, still not a Montreal bagel but closer than anything else I've found. A lot of variety for bagels and cream cheese. Home made cream cheeses are delicious! Service is kind of slow and prices are around $3.50 for bagel with cream cheese and $9 for a sandwich.

(February 10, 2019, 12:09 pm)Best bagels in Ottawa. Make sure to ask the staff for the ones fresh from the oven. They are usually sesame, but a soft fresh bagel is quite the experience..
(January 27, 2019, 6:40 pm)Love these bagels! I'm not sure if they're "authentic" in any sense but I just love the texture and flavours. Fantastic fresh or toasted. You can purchase bagels to take home for the freezer (ours don't usually last that long) or bagel sandwiches and drinks. Illy brewed coffee is also available.
During meal times it seems to be quite busy and can be tricky to find a seat on occasion.

Staff are friendly and even though they gave me a buzzer for my order it was slow enough they delivered it to me at the table. Free WiFi, lots of plugs for devices. Clean and bright. I will definitely. So why the 3 stars? I would like to see more capability to recycle waste and also decrease plastic packaging. Despite one small recycle bin at the front it was not noticeable before I discarded my waste. Recycling would had resulted in 4 stars.
