I've had the pleasure of working with Machine over the last four months on a special project and I have enjoyed working with them. They are hard-working, conscientious and always willing to patiently explain something. They are creative problem solvers who work tirelessly until a solution has been implemented. They know their stuff inside and out and I felt we were in good hands throughout our entire project. Thanks for the great experience and all the new knowledge I've gained!
Machine is the bomb-diggity! Professional, patient and super knowledgeable – worked with their team on the development and design of an existing site and couldn't be more happy with the end product. Expertly managed our expectations and delivered the product on-time with little to no hiccups. Highly recommend!
I have had the opportunity to work with machine on many projects over the last 3 years and counting. It was with a great surprise that I was able to continue working with them as I moved to a new company in the marketing department. Always honest, hardworking, responsive and creative. Every encounter I have had with one of the staff has been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Machine and the team on any sized project. small to large, and big to small businesses.
It's been a pleasure working with Machine. They have a strong level of expertise, are easily accessible, and have clear billing practises. They keep their skills up to date, and know how to implement best practises & forward looking solutions. - Marketing Manager, Tourism Partnership of Niagara
My experience with Scott Buckingham and the group at Machine started about 2 years ago:
1-The situation: I own a small foreign-language online bookstore that needed a revamped website and some changes to the existing Access database.
2-The requirements: the website was to be trilingual (English-French-Spanish), accommodate search capabilities of 5000 titles divided into 37 categories. It needed to be clean, fresh and user-friendly. Above all, it had to be relatively simple to maintain for a person with minimal technological knowledge and capabilities for batch-uploading of photos and descriptions of books.
3-I made an unannounced appearance at the Machine offices and was immediately given an interview with Scott. After about 2 hours of conversation, Scott told me he could accommodate our needs. His proposal and budget arrived a couple days later. We accepted and couldn't be happier. There were many conversations about different aspects of the site: color, functionality, logo, landing page, fonts, etc. Somehow, Scott and the team performed multiple feats of technological voodoo. His
service, attention to detail, willingness to listen to problems, present options and provide service that continues to the present day are sterling.
4-In my experience you can't go wrong by signing on with Machine.
