(March 15, 2019, 11:53 am)There is a large selection of work boots at this location. I came looking for waterproof boots, actually came here twice because the first pair I bought was defective and returned them. Don't buy the CAT hauler 6 inch boots, I got the timberland Boondocks instead. The one guy working in the work boot section is pretty knowledgable and definitely doesn't force himself on you to make a sale, can't say the same thing about mistersafetyshoes. Just make sure not to buy dakota boots, their quality has gone pretty downhill and make sure to try the work boots out at home first for a couple days so you can still return them. The 100 day workboot warranty doesn't cover comfort, so make sure you really walk around the house. Once you take them to work and they are used and get dirty, you "can't really" return them. Cashier was also very nice the second time, since I already used my 10% off coupon the first time and returned the boots, I couldn't use the coupon again, so she offered to put in $10 off my timberlands. If these timberlands break, getting them again at this exact same store FOR SURE.

(February 5, 2019, 4:56 am)Staff is friendly and helpful. Inventory is geared towards trendy work wear and casual clothing. Good sales prices can be had to move store inventory.
(January 8, 2019, 12:49 pm)I went in to Mark's and was helped by Jasmine who was very helpful for deciding what exactly to get. She knew the products well, a joy shopping at this location.
(November 11, 2018, 3:43 pm)Probably the best store in Ottawa. Never very busy. Easy to shop. Staff are terrific for tracking down items they may not have.
