MOVING HELP OTTAWA

In the past, I had a need to hire movers. I used a company other than this one and it was a disaster, so needless to say that when I needed to hire movers again I was filled with trepidation. When I contacted Neil he seemed busy, didn't ask for a lot of details, and recorded my request in his agenda. I called back three times in the month preceding my move, mostly due to my own nervousness, and was reassured that movers would be there on the scheduled date.

Well, the two movers did not disappoint. They were very experienced in all areas - how to load the truck, how long the move would actually take, and they took great care not to come into contact with the walls. They also faced a couple of obstacles - removing doors in order to get furniture in and out - and took this completely in stride, and had come prepared with tools in case none were available!

I requested their services for four hours to move my daughter into her own apartment, but the move ran overlong and they stayed an extra two hours (paid, of course!) in order to help us get the job done, and they did it without complaint.

I really must commend Kanuu and Damien for their excellent customer service and great attitude. They definitely know their stuff and do it cheerful and quickly.

I have no hesitation in recommending Moving Help Ottawa, and Kanuu and Damien, for your moving needs. Thank you very much Neil!!

Used these movers to load and unload a pod one month apart. We got the same fellows both times and could not be more pleased with their would. Highly reccommend.
