(June 27, 2019, 7:02 pm)I never write reviews but I felt compelled to post something after I left Mr. Lube in Napean today. Firstly, the customer service and knowledge the staff provided was exceptional. Secondly, and more impressive was the almost all female mechanics working which is incredibly rare and absolutely amazing! The entire experience was quick, affordable, and so impressive. We actually enjoyed our oil change today ;)
Big thanks to the hard working men and women at Mr. Lube (or should I say Mrs. Lube?!) in Napean today! From now on this will be our go-to spot for vehicle service :)
(May 30, 2019, 1:35 am)My first time here to get a new tire installed. My wait time was ZERO. I was offered coffee and newspaper while i waited. Evan skilfully installed the new tire on the wheel without damaging it and Abdul not only took the spare tire off and put it in the trunk but also organized the trunk. Price was good for the job and service went above and beyond. Very pleased. I highly recommend their services.
