My experience at the dealer with Leo and the Sales Manager was incredible, there was no pushing, very accommodating to my budget. When I went to the dealer it was a very hot day and I was planning to take the vehicle for a test drive. Right when I got to the dealer, the vehicle was parked just waiting and turn on so that the vehicle will be nice and cool when I get inside for my test drive. Very friendly environment, clean, luxe, and Leo had the best attention to me and my wife with lots of courtesy and respect. I will recommend this dealer and I will give Leo the superstar ribbon. As a result my deal went through and I was very happy with the hold process even dealing with the finance manager Asad, which although hard to believe, but he cares about his clients and I could feel it all the way through the process.

Big shout out to Spencer! He made buying the car that I wanted extremely simple. Super professional, quick and made the whole process easy for my wife and I. We live 3 hours away from Ottawa and do not have an infiniti dealership in town, but the service at Myers is going to be worth the drive.
