Parts department are great guys to deal with. Really helpful and accommodating. Helped me quickly order in an in-demand part I've been waiting quite a while for. Called me late Friday afternoon right before a long week-end just to update me about the status of my order, really made my week-end thanks guys.

Purchased a new Z900RS from this dealership. Hassle free, good selection of new and used bikes. Multi line dealer so you can compare brands. Salesman Terry was great, no pressure, I took a long time before deciding on the Z900RS and made several visits to the showroom. Each time Terry offered a friendly greeting and would answer any question I posed regarding the bikes. Very brand knowledgeable- would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and salesman to family and friends.

I glad to have an opportunity to say few good words about this well known store in Ottawa! I bought my first bike there and it was great experience. I got it serviced for a year until I traded it to another bike and still get serviced it there. I also buy lot of gear and equipment there and prices are very competitive. The stuff is very friendly and I love to hangout there from time to time and sit on bikes and get ideas about my future ride. No pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend this store for anyone who looking to purchase a motorcycle or get it serviced. Despite some negative opinions that I heard, I never got it proven.

Usual Canadian multi bike monopoly. But excellent, knowledgeable sales staff and super helpful parts team upstairs. Service department always seem to be a bit miserable bit their work seems OK
