Very professional and friendly staff. I picked out my engagement ring here and the assistant manager/manger guided me in the right direction. She helped me with promotions / prices and I didn't feel rushed or misguided. Extremely clean especially after covid 19 opening. Very pleased ??

Our whole experience was a flop until Nancy started to investigate our issue. She went out of her way to help us get what we needed and resolve the inconveniences "Sigh". However every time she was their or we spoke to her on the phone we felt valued.

Recently I took my ring to the store to resize. Since I purchased the lifetime protection plan, it is free of charge. Then I saw the matching ear rings which were on sale. Of course I bought them too! ?
