Lily was very professional but also really great at what she does. She always had a smile on her face and asked about my day making me feel welcomed and excited to go back for my next appointment. She was very thorough and I would highly recommend her!

Visited the clinic for lower back pain. Lily, my therapist, was very warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. Within the first visit she was able to assess my issue, give me a series of exercises to assist in my recovery and was very positive and professional. I noticed improvement from the first visit and was able to move around a lot easier within a couple of days and was able to sleep better. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and help me understand the root of the issue. I was not overwhelmed with a big list of exercises which I’ve experienced in past therapy sessions at another clinic for a different issue. Lily prescribed a couple of exercises that specifically targeted my pain. She recommended a specific set of exercises to be done at home which has helped a lot and to be used as an ongoing treatment plan to help prevent reoccurrence of the pain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clinic was clean and bright and provided a quiet environment. I highly recommend Physiovive.

I have been going to PhysioVive for about 2 months. The Physiotherapists education, professional training, experience, knowledge and skills are of the highest caliber. The clinic is exceptionally clean and all staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone requiring physiotherapy.

I waited over a month after my last physio with Lily before writing this review to confirm and honestly say I am pain free and no longer suffer from severe back pain which was caused by a pinched nerve. Lily is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to explain the issue, answered my questions and advised of the process for recovery. I noticed improvements sooner than expected. She recommended a specific set of exercise be done at home which also helped alot. Lily and her staff are amazing. The rates are fair /affordable.I would definitely return if I need to in the future and highly recommend PysioVive -Lily ????

I sprained a tendon quite badly at the beginning of February in my foot and after the usual elevation and icing didn't work, I went to see Lily Zhang and after some testing of my foot's movement, she was easily able to tell me what I hurt and really helped to relax the tendon and make my foot feel amazing! I was even able to get at-home exercises that have been starting to help! Plus, her rate is a bit more affordable than most physiotherapists and her personality is wonderful! She's kind, informative and very personable! I won't go anywhere else but her from now on!
