Play House Learning Centre Inc

I would highly recommend this place. My son is on the quiet side so I wasn’t sure how he was going to adapt from previously attending a small home day care to going to an organized daycare setting which had a lot more kids but my son transitioned and adapted very well and enjoyed attending the Playhouse everyday. My son was in the Blue Room for the last year and the teachers there are very caring and attentive and I have only good things to say about them. Besides the regular teachers, they also have a music teacher too who plays an instrument and sings with the kids. As a parent I really enjoyed the open communication, weekly newsletters, the home made lunches by the on site chef, the children’s performances (which are ~3 times a year), all the arts and crafts and learning sheets that my son brought home and I especially liked the graduation ceremony at the end of June for the kids moving on to Kindergarten. I could tell that a lot of planning and organizing went into that event. My son has learned a lot from attending the Playhouse and I know that he is more prepared (more so than I am) to attend Kindergarten this Fall :).

We are very happy with Play House Learning Centre. The teachers in the yellow room are very kind and helpful. My daughter is having so much fun in this daycare and learning a lot. She comes home with new vocabularies and talks about her friends all the time. Sometimes I think she has more fun at Playhouse than at home. I also love the weekly newsletter which allows the parents know what the kids have been doing during the week. In summary, she is learning lots and enjoying her time there. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

We have been extremely happy with The Play House Learning Centre. This is the second daycare environment we tried, and we’re delighted we switched. Our daughter used to cry daily at drop-off. Since moving her to The Play House Learning Centre, she runs in happily every morning and talks about her teachers and friends constantly when she’s at home. The Blue Room teachers, Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Raminder, do an amazing job providing a variety of activities and special projects that combine learning, creativity, and play. Our daughter’s confidence, skills, and abilities have grown tremendously since she started at The Play House Learning Centre. The centre’s open-door-policy and constant communication with parents (through newsletters, photos, and status sheets posted on the wall) shows how much they care about keeping parents informed. I’m confident that I’m leaving my daughter in the best possible care when I head to work each morning, and that’s the best feeling! We’re thrilled with the experience we’ve had so far at The Play House Learning Centre. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know!

The Play House Learning Centre warmly welcomed our family after we relocated from Vancouver, BC. They helped our son transition into his new daycare. The Blue Room Teachers went above and beyond to make daycare fun, engaging and interesting. As parents we felt that our son was in capable, loving and gentle hands. If we could not be with him, we found great comfort that he was in the warm environment created by his teachers. Our son entered kindergarten with the necessary social skills, academic skills, and self-confidence he needed to be successful. We are very grateful to his teachers and the administrative staff at Play House Learning for their commitment to learning, to children and to families.
