  The food tastes great, they were surprisingly quick! My only complaint is that food gave both my partner and I the worst heartburn. I don't recommend if you are sensitive to food and/or get heartburn easily. I've been to other locations, this is the only fast food that gives me immediate heartburn and next day heartburn, which is sad because their chicken is amazing.

  Although the food was as anticipated, this location fell short on their customer service. I was especially surprised by the response I got from the manager when I asked for a glass of water while I wait (anticipated 10-15 min wait). She said ‘I am sorry ma’am but we can’t give you water... everything here costs money’ as she pointed to the stack of cups next to her. I was pretty surprised by that. Later I asked for some butter and instead of telling me that they don’t have any, the manager went on to tell me why I DON’T need butter for my biscuit. This was not a pleasant experience.

  Good chicken - yummy and big pieces. The red bean and rice is so delicious and a little bit tangy. This is the first time I try it.
  The restaurant is spacious, well-lit and pleasantly decorated. Service is extremely fast. There’s a long table full of outlets for charging.
  5 stars.
