Despite the giant lineup for the 100 free teas promotion, the service was great and efficient (Stickers to the 100 persons, bubble teas made fast, great customer service.) Teas tasted great as usual????

Polite and friendly staff. They work hard and get drinks done quickly for waiting customers. So far, everything we've tried has been excellent. Tasty bubble tea place and well worth a visit.

The service is good and friendly. I ordered one milk tea then I realize I don’t like the taste because it’s pretty strong for me. I talked to the cashier if I could change, after getting the approval from the manager, she agreed to make an another drink for free. I like how they still be happy and smile when I asked for something that might be demanding compared to other stores. Definitely come back next time with friends and family.

The place is spacious, much more of an open concept compared to the Dalhousie (downtown) location (and washroom is WAAAAAY nicer) there are outlets to charge your devices so it’s a great hangout/study space
