Prima Cafe & Pizza (Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner)

On June 28, 2019, my family ordered 2 Specials, which included 2 pizzas and orders of wings along with 8 canned drinks. Once delivered we noticed that half the drinks were missing. Not wanting to wait to have them delivered, we carried on with eating and found the food to be fantastic. We were able to sub the missing drinks. I sent an email later that night relating my experience and asking if I could pick up the missing drinks the next day. I received a reply from the owners - Rebecca & Surar the same night expressing their apologies and inviting me to come by to pick up my missing drinks. They also offered a discount on my next order. I attended the next day and decided to get an order of wings for lunch along with picking up the drinks owing. I was shocked when the Manager at the time, Surar's brother, advised that Surar advised that the wing order was complimentary and I still had my discount for the future. Although I had not sought anything, this reinforced the fact that not only was the food excellent, but the customer service and respect was well above expectations. Thank you.

Fair prices for breakfast for a family of four on vacation. One person working so it took a little longer. Hard to find. Eggs and potatoes were good. Bacon was a little under cooked

What can I say... Good food, great price and friendly service. A nice little gem tucked in Bells Corners' east end. Had breakfast here after dropping the kids off at the high school. Cheaper than any other place in the area. Clean, great coffee and fast.
