The Clinic is extremely well organized and follows all Covid restrictions. A pleasant and friendly Staff Member greets you when you arrive. I had a colonoscopy performed today by Dr. Barron. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who very efficiently registered me for my 10 AM appointment. Right on the dot at 10 AM I was called in the operations area of the office. Very quickly I was prepared by a very pleasant nurse. IV tube efficiently inserted in my hand with limited discomfort. I was explained all the legal issues about being under anesthesia, signed the waivers and was ready for the procedure within minutes. Soon after Dr Barron introduced himself and explained to me the procedure to be performed and put me at ease before the anesthesia took over. Shortly after I was awakened and very quickly I was prepared to leave. Plenty of time was allowed for me to fully recover from the anesthesia to safely leave the premises. Dr. Barron came to explain to me the results of my test and handed me the signed discharge instructions. Within 1 1/2 hours I was ready to go. I am very pleased with the efficiency speed and courteousness of the entire team at the Ottawa location. Thank you

I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. The providers was very patient, talked me through everything and had very good attention to details. These colonoscopy appointments usually are uncomfortable for me, even with the mild sedation. But this time all the staff made me more comfortable and made sure I got all the areas of concerns addressed. I would definitely recommend this office to others!Thank you all and especially Dr Mona.

I showed up for my endoscopy an hour early, and I only waited for 5 minutes before prep started for the procedure. Their office provides very clear, personalized instructions about the endoscopy prep. The admin staff and the nurses are good listeners who address any/all concerns you have. Their Covid safety protocols are thorough, and there was no other patients around. Overall colonoscopies are not fun procedures, but Provis Rudd makes it as painless as possible.

My wife had a colonoscopy today. The staff were kind, friendly and efficient. Everything was extremely clean. She expected to be there for 3 hours and it was all over in 1 hour - fantastic. Thank you Dr. Brar and staff.

Dr. Gauthier is wonderful. The nurses and the staff are all nice and helpful. I had my procedure during the COVID-19 pandemic and the clinic was well prepared with all the safety measures. Everyone has a positive attitude, willing to answer questions, make conversation to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and less nervous. I highly recommend it
