Q9 Planning + Design (Christine) has been instrumental in unblocking our application for a building permit with the City of Ottawa. We've got stuck in technicalities and the usual bureaucracy when dealing with the government (local, in this case) but Christine came up with a clear strategy to move past those roadblocks.
