I have to say I'm very happy to hear that we have a local Computing shop here in Ottawa that genuinely cares about the customer experience. I've purchased a few things here now and they're always been fair, responsive and flexible throughout COVID.

Having dealt with Rob, I can't say I've have better customer service in the computer industry! Will definitely be going here first for my computing needs going forward!

unbeatable service and prices. when no one in canada had the one part needed to complete my build, they ordered it straight from lian li for me and at a very reasonable price too. customer support was always there when i had a question and replied sometimes within seconds of sending the request. service like this is very hard to find these days.
