Sam is a wizard! When we first met in late February, the market was entirely different and we both had high confidence that my home would sell well and quickly. Unfortunately, a few days before it went onto the market, Ottawa and Ontario went into a partial shutdown, due to the virus. Everything was changing! His attention to detail, from professional photography, to staging tips, to implementing a showing protocol that met all of the recommended virus-protection methods, made all the difference. He is an excellent and thoughtful communicator, answering all of my questions quickly and completely, and reaching out pro-actively to check in with me and address any concerns I might have had.
