Prince of Wales Manor has been home to my Auntie for several years. She is extremely happy with her decision to make this community her new home. She has made many friends and is more social than she has ever been. The staff is friendly, food is good and the building is clean.

I came 7 years ago. I now call this my home and I treat this as my home. I have everything I need here. I am treated very well here. The nurses are very good. We do a lot of activities. We do gardening. And I am in charge of the weekly tuck shop. This includes toothpaste, soap and snacks and other items that they need. Come and visit! I am a Receptionist at Prince of Wales Manor for almost 12 years. I am
very happy to work here, I enjoy all the Staff and all the activities that go on every day of the week.
Prince of Wales Manor is a great location ...close to all the restaurants,
shopping malls and most of all a Safe Environment for all the Families.
Prince of wales Manor also has great parking space for families and visitors.
There is no place I would rather be then at Prince of Wales Manor feeling

My mother moved into the Prince of Wales Manor in June 2018. We initially met with Monica VanDam who provided super details and information on the Prince of Wales and its services. As in any transition it was difficult for my mother for a while, but the staff helped out. The service at Prince of Wales is beyond exceptional! The employees are attentive, and care for the residents. I am a very attentive son who pops into to see my mom and visit regularly. I have attended many events and had meals there also. The level of service from the medical, housekeeping and culinary staff is awesome. The receptionists are amazing. They always have a smile on their face and willing to help you with any issues you have. The management team address any concerns promptly and are true professionals. I would highly recommend this retirement home to anyone looking for a home for their mother or father.
