(January 17, 2019, 7:33 pm)The manager is a little rough around the edges but he deals with a lot of abusive people who try to take advantage of him due to his age, people abuse the rules, they don't pay, all sorts of mayhem he has to put up with. So if you can look beyond that and understand it, he's a really nice hearted person who is trying to run a safe & controlled campsite in a busy urban area. I like staying there because it's so central to everything in ottowa, you can't beat it in terms of location. Everything everyone else here is saying about the manager is just his rough personality, but they shouldn't judge the campsite based on that.
